Janet Jackson, 60, attended the 2026 Dancers Against Cancer’s Gala of the Stars on October 22, 2026.
She walked the red carpet in a plunging, figure-hugging lace LBD.
Jackson styled her shoulder-length lob in voluminous curls.
With Halloween just days away, it appears Janet Jackson is leaning into vampy dressing. The multi-hyphenate stepped out for the 2026 Dancers Against Cancer’s Gala of the Stars on October 22 in a black gown that was equal parts romantic and edgy.

The creation in question was a little black dress that featured long sleeves, structured shoulders, a high neck, a narrow plunging keyhole cutout, a built-in belt detail, a figure-hugging silhouette, and a floor-sweeping skirt that hid her shoes. The frock was completely covered in dainty lace, which was laid over a nude-colored lining, giving the illusion of nakedness.

The “All for You” hitmaker added several chunky diamond rings and dramatic gold-and-diamond hoop earrings. Jackson wore bronzy makeup, complete with dark eyeliner, long fluttery eyelashes, sun-glazed skin, glossy brown-red lips, and long gold manicured nails. She styled her blonde-highlighted shoulder-length lob in voluminous, pushed back curls.
The 60-year-old presented Missy Elliott with the organization’s Icon Award. The ceremony, which took place in Beverly Hills, California, benefits dancers, choreographers, and their loved ones affected by cancer.

Jackson’s last red carpet came in June, when she attended the 2026 BET Awards in Los Angeles, California. Then, she went in a completely different sartorial direction that combined business attire with street style. Up top, Jackson layered a gray “2Pac” T-shirt over a white pinstripe button-up, which she cuffed at the sleeves. She added a pair of baggy gray pinstripe pants, a black leather corset, a wide black leather belt covered in grommets, and a gray hat decorated with wispy feathers and a lace fascinator. Layers of chunky silver bangles, a smattering of statement rings, and huge silver hoop earrings finished off her look.
