Sarah Michelle Gellar to join Dexter prequel spinoff Original Sin alongside Christian Slater and Patrick Dempsey
Emmy winner Sarah Michelle Gellar has been announced as the latest addition to Paramount+'s Dexter prequel cast in the upcoming spinoff, Dexter: Original Sin. The Buffy the Vampire Slayer star, 47, is set to portray a young Dexter Morgan (Patrick Gibson)'s boss, Tanya Martin, the CSI chief at the Miami Metro Police Department. Nina L. Diaz, president of content and CCO, Showtime, confirmed the news in a statement, obtained by The Hollywood Reporter.
