Hannah, 27, and Jake, 26, eloped in Tuscany with an intimate ceremony, though they plan to throw a bigger reception bash later in July in Miami, Florida, according to People. The wedding was held in the gorgeous hills of the countryside, and they said they planned to spend some time exploring Tuscany immediately after the small ceremony.
