Phoebe went public with her relationship with the 25-year-old on June 21 when she posted pictures from her Stanford University graduation party in a joint Instagram post with the outlet. Phoebe, who got her bachelor of science degree in human biology after just three years, shared several snaps of her closest friends and family at her celebration.
