Jackie 'O' Henderson was left red-faced on Friday after suffering an accidental mishap during her KIIS FM breakfast show. The radio queen, 49, accidentally flashed her entire team as she placed her legs up on her desk before a producer interjected. 'Jackie just a request from the entire team. You're flashing... all of us right now,' the producer said. Her co-host Kyle Sandilands chimed in: 'I told you get your feet off the desk.
