The 27-year-old model — who is expecting her first child with husband Justin Bieber — wore an ivory outfit underneath a classic tan trench coat. Bieber teased her burgeoning belly as she wore a button-up shirt with the bottom buttons undone. She added matching wide-leg pants and flat shoes as she carried a big black bag over her shoulder.
