Naomi Campbell ditched her high heels as she slipped into a pair of comfortable Nike High Tops after the Chanel show during Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday. The British supermodel, 54, was still sporting the rest of her original outfit as she left The Ritz Hotel, apart from a pair of chic black heels. Her appearance at the iconic hotel came after she attended the star-studded Chanel Haute Couture show held at the Paris Palais Garnier Opera house.
