Justin Timberlake has sold his 126 acre Nashville estate for a cool $8million - as the fallout from his shock DWI arrest last week continues. The Cry Me A River hitmaker, 3, first listed the plot in Franklin - located about 20 miles south of Nashville and just a few hours from his hometown of Memphis - in August last year for $10million. The land was sold in May for the huge amount - two weeks before the star's arrest - with Timberlake making a huge profit, having first bought the plot in 2015 for $4million.
