Gemma Collins has revealed that she and her fiancé Rami Hawash 'haven't had time to have sex lately', after announcing they will start to try for a baby this September. It comes after the former TOWIE star, 43, claimed that she has reversed her polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) with the help of diet guru Steve Bennett. She has told recently how he transformed her lifestyle and helped her drop from a size 26 to 20 - which she has claimed 'cured' her after years of fertility struggles.
