Erika Jayne's Ex Tom Girardi Sentenced After Wire Fraud Conviction

NBC News confirmed on Tuesday, June 3, that Girardi, 86, was sentenced to seven years and three months in prison. He was also ordered to pay over $2 million in restitution to victims. Federal prosecutors filed a sentencing memo in December 2024 requesting a 14-year prison sentence for Girard according to Reuters.
