Tony Gustavsson LOSES IT with referee after controversial goal goes against Matildas in crucial Olympic Games clash with Team USA
The Matildas' stubborn defence was finally breached in the final knockings of a tense first half against Team USA on Wednesday. But it's safe to say Tony Gustavsson was not happy about it. Trinity Rodman slotted the ball home at the back post from a corner, but VAR asked referee to take a look at the monitor owing to an apparent offside infringement in the build up. However, the man with the whistle opted not to change his on-field decision and awarded the goal to the Americans.
