The neighbor who attacked Charlie Sheen at his Malibu home is seeking to overturn the case, citing 'incompetency' despite previously pleading no contest. Electra Poag Schrock, 48, is hoping to 'clear her name', DailyMail.com has learned, now claiming she was unfit to stand trial at the time, due to 'mind-altering' medications she was forced to take in custody following her arrest. The blonde practicing Buddhist was accused of trying to strangle the TV star, 58, after he opened the door of his relatively modest second-floor apartment at the Malibu complex on December 20.
