Gordon Ramsay was flooded with well wishes from his daughter Holly and his celebrity pals after he suffered a horrific cycling accident. The chef, 57, reminded his Instagram followers to 'wear a helmet', after he nearly died in the crash which took place while he was in America. In a video shared on Saturday, Gordon lifted up his chef's jacket to reveal his injuries, which showed one side of his body covered in black and purple bruising.
