All American fans were left in tears following the show's emotional farewell scenes to actor Kamar de los Reyes following his death from cancer aged 56. The star, who joined the CW series in Season 4 as the beloved football Coach Montes, passed away last December. He appeared in the Season 6 premiere of the long-running CW series, but was not able to film more before his death. And on Monday's episode 10, it was revealed that his character was not killed off the series.
