The heartbreaking ultimate Hairy Bikers episode featuring Dave Myers exhibits him sharing how he needs to 'reside within the current'.

The TV star died aged 66 final month, two years after being diagnosed with cancer.

His long-time good friend and co-star Si King, 57, was one of the individuals by his aspect in the ultimate moments.

Now the pair's final ever Hairy Bikers episode will air tonight, with the lads each sharing the impression of the trip because it all wraps up.

Filming the show in Devon and Dorset whereas Myers was undergoing chemotherapy, they defined how grateful they have been for what they'd been capable of obtain when filming the collection.

'I've had chemotherapy all the time I've been filming, and it hasn't been straightforward however I obtained there and it's an exquisite feeling,' Myers advised the digital camera.

Welling up on digital camera, Si then shared: 'We've executed it, but more importantly he's completed it.

'He's my mate however I really like him like family, like a brother, and I'm lost for words. It's fairly exceptional what he's completed.'

The episode then wraps up after Myers stated: 'Who knows what the longer term holds but for the moment I'm dwelling in the present, and it's pretty wonderful I'll inform you.'

After the credits roll, a tribute reads: 'In loving reminiscence of our good friend, Dave Myers. 1957-2024'

He wrote: 'Personally, I am not positive I can put into words on how I feel in the intervening time.

'My greatest good friend is on a journey that for now, I can't comply with. I will miss him day by day and the bond and friendship we shared over half a lifetime.

'I want you God's velocity brother; you're and will stay a beacon in this world. See you on the other aspect. Love ya.'

Bushy Bikers Go West airs tonight at 7pm on BBC Two.
