  • He also revealed that he has "a test" he takes potential partners on to see how they will react

  • He later explained that some of his preferences are very specific, including how they take their coffee and what their phone's alarm sound is

Ryan Seacrestknows exactly what he’s looking for in a partner.

During anApril 6 segment ofOn Air With Ryan Seacrest, the host, 51, opened up about what he considers a red and green flag in a relationship. Noting that “simple things can tell a lot” about a person, Seacrest explained that one of the most important qualities is “politeness to strangers.”

“When you're out on a run or a walk or a bike ride, do you say hi to people that pass?” he listed as an example of how he evaluates someone’s manners. “If you don't, I'm not so sure about you. And if someone says ‘good morning’ to you on the path and you don't respond, that is a red flag.”

“I take everybody out for a little exercise. It's a test,” he went on to reveal.

After joking that another green flag is when a woman does “not have a boyfriend,” Seacrest got into his more unique qualifications for an ideal partner.

“I really look forward to getting up and having my coffee,” he explained. “I think if we can't share that moment together, it's a red flag. So, ‘I need coffee,’ is a green flag. Don't have a lot, and please don't put milks and stuff in it.”

That answer sparked reactions from his cohosts, with Tanya Rad telling Seacrest, “Relax!”

Sisanie added, “Let them live. Are you kidding me?”

Maintaining his stance on the topic, Seacrest quipped, “Green flag, black coffee drinker.”

Another particular preference he has is alarm sounds. “You cannot have one of those things that just ruins your day from the beginning,” Seacrest declared. “It's got to be a chimey thing. Like a pleasant, not a hardcore alarm. Chimes. Green flag.”

Seacrest then declared his final prerequisite to date him: “Can get ready in less than 27 minutes. ‘Cause not 30. It's not 25. 27. Green flag. If you're over an hour, and I have been there over an hour. What are you doing?”

“How many poses can you make in the mirror for 90-plus minutes?” he continued. “What are you doing? Like, I have to go back to work. You missed your window. Time's up. We missed our window to do anything.”

MrBeastalludes to a cameo on the iconic reality show Survivor’s 50th season. He guested on the Monday, April 6, episode ofRob Has a Podcast, where he discussed his upcoming cameo with The Traitors alum Rob Cesternino.

MrBeast shared, “I can’t even talk about it. I can’t say anything. But you guys, just give it an honest try. I know — you’re not a fan of us cameos. You don’t like us. But trust me, ours isn’t just some silly cameo. You’ll like it. Just come into it with an open mind, and give it a try.”

The famed YouTuber confessed he is hesitant to reveal any detail because he was “under a lot of NDAs.” However, he assured fans, “It’s not about me.” Last month,Reality TV Newstweeted about the March 17 episode of Survivor, which featured country singer Zac Brown. MrBeast replied to thetweet, “Oh boy, hopefully they like my episode. What we did might be my favorite content I’ve ever filmed,” followed by a crying emoji. When Brown’s episode aired, fans were upset to see that the makers of Survivor focused more on the celebrity cameo than on the contestants themselves. Hence, when fans learned that MrBeast would be making a cameo on Survivor as well, they feared history would repeat itself.

Furthermore, in the interview, the YouTuber revealed his bond with Survivor’s long-time host, Jeff Probst. The 27-year-old host admitted he learned a lot from the Survivor host and showrunner. MrBeast explained he learned how to handle contestants and their temperaments from Probst. He explained, “So I was just taking a bunch of notes down watching him[Probst].”
