Ariana Grande and Ethan Slater are a match made in Oz! The singer and actress, 31, attended the 2025 Critics Choice Awards, where she was nominated for best supporting actress, on Friday, Feb. 7. There, she was joined by Slater, 32, whom she began dating after meeting on the set of Wicked. Inside the Los Angeles-based event, Grande could be seen getting close to Slater, cuddling up to him at one point as they posed for a photograph at their table, and then staying close to the Broadway vet as they engaged in conversation in another snapshot.
