REAL MADRID are set to attraction Jude Bellingham's pink card after he shouted "it's a f***ing aim" at a Spanish referee.

The England midfielder, who faces a three-match ban, is involved in LaLiga's largest controversy for years after he was dismissed after the ultimate whistle of a 2-2 draw at Valencia on Saturday.

Bellingham thought he had headed a winner deep into stoppage time but ref Jesus Gil Manzano blew the final whistle because the ball was in the air from Brahim Diaz's cross.

The former Birmingham star is about to find his destiny on Wednesday however Real are confident the purple card shall be rescinded.

Their argument is that Bellingham, who has solely just returned from damage, was merely swearing and never being abusive in the direction of the official.

The official referee's match report was revealed late on Saturday night time. It read: "The player (5) Bellingham, Jude Victor William, was sent off for the next motive: After the top of the sport and whereas still on the pitch, he got here operating over to me in an aggressive means shouting, repeatedly: 'It's a f*****g objective'."

Real boss Carlo Ancelotti stated: "One thing unprecedented has happened and it's never happened to me before.

"We have been irritated by Bellingham's pink card because he didn't say anything insulting. It was frustration.

"He didn't insult the referee. He was respectful. He spoke in English and simply stated: 'It was a f***ing aim'.

"Clearly he came close to the referee, however given what had happened that was pretty regular. He did not insult, by no means."

On Real's club website, the headline was: "An unprecedented refereeing choice prevents Actual Madrid from profitable at Mestalla."

And the sub-headline read: "Bellingham scored the profitable objective with the final kick of the sport, but Gil Manzano disallowed it as a result of he blew the ultimate whistle while the ball was in the air."

Meanwhile, Bellingham was hailed as "a class act" after fans spotted what he did for a group of kids after the controversy.
