Frigon claimed he tried to get approval for the ramp multiple occasions[/caption]

"My thoughts is racing. I don't know what to do. I don't want this problem, you recognize," Frigon advised local ABC affiliate WCVB.

He claimed that his wife Phyllis needed a wheelchair as a result of her aggressive mind cancer remedies.

"If I didn't have the ramp, I must name the rescue squad, which I've needed to do already as a result of I took her [Phyllis] out, and she or he fell getting within the automotive," Frigon defined.

Phil Austin, the property supervisor of the land owned by The Charles W. Austin Belief, sent a 30-day discover to Give up to the couple.

"Two weeks went by, and I nonetheless hadn't heard from him," Tropeano claimed.
