Blue popstar Duncan James has grovelled on social media to his mum Fiona Inglis for missing Mother's Day.
Nevertheless it wasn't the former Hollyoaks actor's fault as he explained on X his British Airways flight again residence to the UK was delayed.
Duncan, 45, stated his aircraft from Dubai destined for London Heathrow suffered a technical challenge and needed to be replaced.
The flight was originally on account of land in time for Mother's Day at this time (Sunday March, 10) but now it gained't be touchdown on the runway till tomorrow (Monday March, 11).
On X, the Sorry Appears to Be the Hardest Phrase singer lamented: 'So sadly @British_Airways couldn't get me residence in time for #mothersday because the aircraft went tech and couldn't be fastened so simply ready for them to ship a new one :(.

Duncan also hooked up an update from BA about his flight, BA108, which explained the aircraft's new arrival time can be 7.50am tomorrow.
'Thank you in your endurance and understanding,' the agency signed off the message.
Fans on X consoled Duncan, with Lucia Irvine writing: 'Aww bless you Duncan, you will make up for it and when u see ur wee mummy u will spend time together with her, have to be so arduous particularly at the moment, sending lv xx.'
Echoing Lucia's sentiment, Federica added: 'I'm very sorry Dunc, don't fear, you'll come house soon and rejoice together with your fantastic mother You're so sweet, I really like you.'
'Sorry to listen to. I hope you get house soon and a protected flight,' Julie Killeen added.
Fiona, nevertheless, didn't appear too miffed and shared her personal tribute to her son on Instagram.
Alongside a childhood image of the All Rise musician, she wrote: 'On this Mom's Day remembering my sweet youngster @mrduncanjames #reminiscences #motherlove #motherson.'
Duncan beforehand shared he had lavished his mum with a haul of make-up goodies from Iconic London for Mother's Day.
The Breathe Straightforward singer was amongst numerous celebrities paying tribute to their mums on Mom's Day on social media, with the likes of Holly Willoughby, Jamie Oliver and Lorraine Kelly thanking their mum or dad.
