AN alleged rip-off has shocked drivers after government officers accused two business house owners of profiting from weak populations with their million-dollar towing company.

"Auto Towing deliberately misled and scammed individuals out of lots of of dollars by illegally towing automobiles and making them exhausting to retrieve," the town's lawyer, David Chiu, wrote in a press release.
